cvv6 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the cvv6 platform at cvv6.io, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, and that you agree to be legally bound by all of them. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and cvv6 regarding your use of the platform.

cvv6 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of cvv6 following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered on the cvv6 platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, virtual games, crash games, and all promotional offers. They apply equally to all access methods, including desktop browsers and mobile browsers.

2. Eligibility

To register and use cvv6, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on cvv6 at any time. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and any other information required by cvv6 for identity verification (KYC) purposes. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

cvv6 is required to conduct identity verification checks on all registered players. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any point during your use of the platform. Documents that may be requested include:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the cvv6 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. cvv6 does not accept cash deposits, wire transfers from unverified third-party accounts, or payments from any source not registered in your name.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your cvv6 account balance in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. cvv6 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction fees for which cvv6 bears no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless an exception is approved in writing by cvv6 support.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in the account withdrawal section.
• Any active bonus funds or funds subject to wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until all wagering conditions have been met.
• cvv6 targets a withdrawal processing time of under three (3) minutes for verified accounts; however, processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• cvv6 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending review where suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering activity is detected.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). cvv6 does not accept cryptocurrency as a payment method at this time. Taka amounts displayed on the platform use Western Arabic numerals (e.g., ৳1,000) and reflect the current account balance inclusive of any applicable wagering restrictions.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

cvv6 offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the cvv6 platform are supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own specific rules published by the respective provider. By participating in any game, you agree to the rules applicable to that game.

All games use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session. Sports betting odds are set using real-time market data and represent the platform's assessment of the probability of each outcome at the time of bet placement.

In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, cvv6 will use its best efforts to restore the game to its state immediately prior to the fault. 7. Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated play, pattern betting designed to satisfy wagering requirements at minimal risk, or any other method intended to extract bonus value without genuine play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live poker or live dealer games.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the platform on your behalf without express written authorisation from cvv6.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of those funds. cvv6 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspected money laundering activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute with your mobile banking provider for any transaction conducted on cvv6. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation.
• Exploitation of errors: Taking advantage of any obvious error, technical glitch, or miscalculated odds on the platform. Any winnings derived from such errors may be voided.

8. Intellectual Property

Where cvv6's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits you made to your cvv6 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The cvv6 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and third-party service failures may temporarily affect availability.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

cvv6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months
• Receipt of a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion request
• A legal order, regulatory instruction, or court direction requiring account closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons not related to a breach, any verified balance (net of any bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after satisfactory identity verification.

Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for twelve (12) or more consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee as notified to the account holder by email. Any remaining balance will be maintained in the account and will be available upon reactivation and re-verification of the account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
